A dozen or so years ago in Warsaw, the interior design studio HOLA Design was established, followed by the architectural office EXTERIO. In this way, the HOLA Design Group was established, creating complex projects on any scale. Recently, they have been created under a new roof – in the office in Warsaw’s Żoliborz district. The HOLA Design team is responsible for the concept and solutions applied in it.
The new office of HOLA Project Group is a comfortable place to work for the developing team of the studio. Crossing the threshold of a fresh-smelling space, we become witnesses of the joint work of numerous architects, designers, design engineers and investment coordinators. We can see with what attention were also prepared places for meetings with Clients. In the conference room, the Investors discuss the shape of their new house with the Architect. In the showroom other Clients choose finishing materials for their dream living room. In a word: works are in full speed!
“As with working with our Clients, it was crucial to understand and define the needs of our office users. We decided to divide the space into several zones. The most important of these are the work area for the team (Design Department, Implementation Department, Managers and the Board), the relaxation area, the exhibition area with large wardrobes, cabinets and a table or office desks (called the Showroom or the Model Room) and meeting rooms equipped with multimedia. The whole can also be treated as a showroom for various interior design solutions. During your stay with us, Clients like to test the sound system variants we have tested, smart home solutions, custom doors, effect wardrobes or unusual materials. They want to see the types of detail finishes proposed by us, making sure that each decision is correct. Now we give them a lot of possibilities in this area” – says Monika Bronikowska, co-founder and co-owner of the HOLA Project Group.
In the new office of the HOLA Project Group, modern glass walls and fashionable decorative lighting appear. However, the dominating colours are timeless, characteristic for HOLA Design projects, i.e. white and grey, matt varnishes, warm shades of natural wood, black details. The space is complemented by elegant elements of equipment in the shade of emerald green, leather wall linings, soft decorative fabrics and works of art.
